Akgün İlhan

was a Mercator-IPC Fellow from 2019/20. Between 2012 and 2018, she worked at the Right to Water Campaign (Istanbul). She received her PhD in Environmental Sciences from the Institute of Science and Technology in Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona and is the author of Towards a New Water Policy: Water Management, Alternatives and Recommendations (2011).
