Merkur and La Revue Nouvelle turning 75

Revue Nouvelles 75th-anniversary retrospective features seven texts published between 1960 and 1990 – on subjects including writers and computers, feminist eroticism, the prison system and Africa – together with commentaries from the contemporary perspective. The issue, say the editors, explores ways of thinking about the evolution of society and the role of a journal. For more, see next weeks’s English language review.

Also entering its 75th year is Merkur. The journal’s editors have announced that it has just opened a full-text searchable archive of all articles published since its foundation in 1947.

Congratulations to both!
