Doctoral candidate at the Humboldt-University of Berlin and a fellow at the Zentrum für Literatur- und Kulturforschung in Berlin. Studied History, German Studies and Cultural Studies at the Universities of Hamburg, Paris VII and at the Humboldt-University of Berlin. Doctoral thesis focuses on cultural and theoretical journals of the New Left (1960s to 1970s). Member of the Working Group on Periodicals Research.

The use of magazines by the German far-right to integrate its ideology into acceptable political discourse goes back to the transformation of former National Socialist networks into the so-called New Right. Emphasis on the democratic function of the public sphere has caused far-right magazine publishing to be overlooked.
